HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 – Choose Your Finish and Kit Option

~Select your preferred metal finish.
~Choose whether you require an impression kit from the drop-down menu.
~Jewellery with an impression kit will be packaged and dispatched within 1 working day.
~US customers who prefer to purchase the impression kit locally may message me for the recommended trusted link (400g kit, enough for multiple impressions). Speeds up the process & costs around the same.

STEP 2 – Take the Impression

~Use the skin-friendly silicone to gently take your dog’s nose print or fingerprint.
~The kit allows up to three impressions, so you can choose the best one.
~Unsure if your impression is detailed enough? Send me a photo before returning it and I will happily check.

STEP 3 – Return the Impression

~Carefully package your chosen impression and send it back securely.
~Please note: return shipping is not included, as customers prefer different carriers and delivery speeds.

STEP 4 – Handcrafted Just for You

~Once received, your custom necklace is crafted.
~Creation time: approximately 3 to 5 working days.
~Gold plating requires an additional 2 working days.
~Your finished necklace will be beautifully packaged in a branded gift box and shipped back to you.
